  • Focused design and fit
  • Team is examining from the perspective  of someone else vs. their individual frame on the topic

Essential to consider different perspectives:

  • Not just your perspective
  • Not a generic individual
  • Tie personas to target markets and rank

Best Practices:

  • Someone you/the group can relate to
  • Not a generic individual
  • Multiple personas for a specific user are possible
  • Could be an extreme user
  • Name, photo, poster board display
  • Develop User Stories with Personas in mind
