Four Weeks

There are initiatives or projects that by their nature need, should, or can be undertaken very quickly to meet an objective and match an associated strategy. Leveraging concepts from Agile, Kanban, and Lean:

A sequence to deliver in four weeks:

  • Define user scenarios that meet the bare-bones requirements for a MVP or solution
  • Create release backlog and prioritize-push off anything not required for learning
  • A sharp and critical test against value proposition-ask tough questions
  • Craft the simplest thing that can demonstrate functionality-prototype
  • Swarm and limit WIP-just one queue
  • Timebox work
  • Post Agile Task Board for project information management and visibility
  • Configure an information management repository standard for the group
